Jill Santopietro, chef and recipe tester for The New York Times, shows how easy it is to make pizza at home in her little New York City kitchen.Jill Santopietro has a super cute personality, and I like that she can make a space demanding pizza in her super cozy kitchen. A couple things in the video caught my attention: using a wine bottle to roll the dough (once, I almost bought a $40 dough roller!) and her mention of Pizzeria Bianco in Phoenix. Although I've had a couple bad dates there - it was the date, not the dinner - I would definitely go back to enjoy their delicious pizza margherita and romantic wine bar.
